First   Call Center Forum meeting is b ehind us. 45 managers Customer Contact Center industry met to expand cooperation and to integrate whole CCC industry in Poland.

In First Call Center Forum meeting was attended by 45 managers of Customer Contact Center industry representing Polish organizations. The event was attended by representatives of the financial sector, logistics, IT and outsourcing services.

Information about the Meeting reached also beyond the borders of our country, which result of was the participation of representatives from the Ukrainian CCC.
