Contact Center CJSC "Bank" BELROSBANK "became the first and only contact center in the Republic of Belarus, which was certified against the standard EN 15838.

EN 15838 standard has been approved by European Committee for Standardization (CEN) in October 2009 and there are recommendation for selection, employment and consultants training, organization and management standards for call centers, defining procedures describing processes, quality control standards.

An audit was conducted by SGS Poland. Our auditors have assessed the system to be in accordance with the requirements of the standard EN15838.
