Report from the European BPO Forum
On June 6, SGS Poland participated in this year's European BPO Forum – The Customer Relationship Cycle.
During the Forum, on behalf of SGS Poland, Krzysztof Gawecki Lead Auditor, presented, 3 important key areas in process management:
- Quality in BPO sector
- EN 15838 – Quality in Customer Contact Center
- Other standards for BPO development (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO/CD 37500)
Furthermore, there have been presented innovative solutions and services which increase dynamics of business processes, they facilitate and increase their efficiency, by international experts, such as:
